Real estate investment - Due diligence

The Office advises and carries out a large number of transactions involving asset deals or share deals for French and foreign investors (listed and unlisted property companies, investment funds, asset managers, institutional investors, etc.), quickly mobilising a team of qualified lawyers around one or more partners. These transactions are carried out as part of asset deal or share deal or capital transactions, and involve all types of assets (in particular offices, logistics, accommodation, business activities, industry, hotels, retail and residential). Our work involves preparing documentation, carrying out legal due diligence, setting up and managing electronic data rooms, drafting and negotiating bid letters, pre-contracts and contracts, and monitoring the execution of agreements. Finally, we also take care to guide our clients through the tax aspects of these transactions, whether in terms of structuring them, adapting them to specific frameworks or dealing with current issues (property VAT, registration duties, charges and taxes).

Real estate development - Development projects

The Office advises and supports its clients throughout their public and private development and planning projects. This involvement begins at the outset of the project with the structuring of operations, both in administrative terms and in terms of the legal organisation of complex property developments, and continues with the implementation, drafting and negotiation of contracts for all types of property (land acquisitions, property development contracts, sales in future state of completion, sales of buildings to be renovated, long leases/construction leases).

Real estate financing

The Office is engaged in the financing of real estate transactions, whether related to the investment, development or refinancing of real estate assets, property portfolios or shares in property companies. This service is provided on a cross-functional basis, with or without the involvement of external partners, and includes advising, structuring, setting up and drafting documentation for property loans and property leases, and establishing and formalising all related security agreements.

Support for private investors

The Office also assists its private clients with their family and personal projects.

The team

The Office makes every effort to optimise the quality and relevance of its advice and to focus fully on customer satisfaction, in particular by implementing a rigorous and dynamic organisation and providing ongoing training for its staff.

Made up of three partners and associates, all qualified notaries, each with recognised expertise in their specialities, the firm is able to mobilise a dedicated team for each case, tailored to the size and complexity of the cases entrusted to it. The Office attaches great importance to the relationship of trust established with its clients, and adopts a long-term, intuitu personæ partnership approach. Each member of the Office works with a referent partner and is fully involved in the management of his or her case, ensuring full availability to clients.
